By accessing our website or placing an order via WhatsApp, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our website or use our services.

2. Products & Descriptions

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, dimensions, and specifications of our products. However, we do not guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. Product images are for illustration purposes only.

We reserve the right to limit sales quantities and refuse service to anyone for any reason.

3. Health Disclaimer

The products sold on this website are natural herbal supplements. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. The information provided on this website or via WhatsApp support is for general informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices listed are in South African Rands (ZAR) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without notice.

We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and Mobile Money transfers. By placing an order, you warrant that you are capable of making payment using the selected method.

5. Orders & Delivery

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product availability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraud.

Delivery timelines provided (e.g., 1-2 days for Kampala) are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of health products, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds once a product has been delivered and opened, unless the product is defective or damaged upon receipt.

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us via WhatsApp immediately with a photo of the damaged product for a resolution.

7. Intellectual Property

The content, layout, design, data, logos, and other materials displayed on the website are the property of Life Flow Solutions or its content suppliers and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our express written permission.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Uganda, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
