Due to the nature of our products (nutritional supplements and personal care items), we do not accept returns on any products once they have been delivered and opened.
At Life Flow Solutions, your health and safety are our top priority. Because our products are ingested or applied to the body, we cannot restock or resell items once they have left our facility. This ensures that every product you receive is 100% safe, authentic, and contamination-free.
While we do not accept returns for "change of mind," we stand by the quality of our products. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately.
Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no extra cost. Refunds are generally not issued; we prefer to ensure you receive the product you paid for.
You may request to cancel your order only if it has not yet been dispatched. Because we process orders quickly, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp if you need to cancel. Once an order is out for delivery, it cannot be cancelled and will need to be accepted.
